The disability benefits consist of a Short-term Disability (STD) Plan and Long-term Disability (LTD) Plan.

Short-term disability (STD) insurance is available to help provide financial security until you get back on your feet and return to work.

Employer-Paid Benefit: All full-time employees at AMI, Dealer Tire, SimpleTire, Sonsio, and Dent Wizard (only those classified as Administrative)
Payment Percentage and Weekly Benefit

100% for first 6 weeks; Max $2,500 per week

60% for next 20 weeks; Max $1,500 per week
Elimination Period-Accident/Illness 7 Days / 7 Days
Benefit Duration 26 Weeks
Employee-Paid Benefit: All Dent Wizard employees classified as Technician
Payment Percentage and Weekly Benefit 60% up to $1,500
Elimination Period- Accident/Illness 7 Days / 7 Days

Long-Term Disability (LTD)

The company provides long-term disability (LTD) insurance to offer you financial assistance in the event you are unable to work for an extended period of time. The plan covers 60% of your pre-disability earnings. The maximum benefit is based on which class you fall under.
