Paid Time Off
Put your foot on the brake with Paid Time Off. Each company within the DTFOC is provided with a different structure for PTO. For full-time employees, PTO is prorated based on the month of hire. Vacation days after the first year of
employment will be based on length of service. An overview of PTO for each of the Dealer Tire Family of Companies can be found on The Hub.

The Dealer Tire Family of Companies observes the following 6 paid company holidays as part of our commitment to supporting work-life balance and recognizing important national observances.
- New Year’s Day – Friday, January 1, 2027
- Memorial Day – Monday, May 31, 2027
- Independence Day (Observed) – Monday, July 5, 2027
- Labor Day – Monday, September 6, 2027
- Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 25, 2027
- Christmas Day (Observed) – Friday, December 24, 2027
Floating Holidays
In addition to the company holidays listed above, eligible employees may receive floating holidays. Floating holidays provide flexibility to take time off for personal, cultural, religious, or other meaningful occasions, or simply to rest and recharge.

Bereavement Leave
Bereavement Leave is provided to support employees during times of personal loss by allowing them time to grieve, attend memorial services, care for family matters, and focus on their well-being. The Company recognizes that the loss of a loved one can have a significant emotional impact and is committed to providing employees with compassionate support and flexibility during these challenging circumstances. Jury Duty Leave
Jury Duty Leave provides employees with time away from work to fulfill jury service obligations as required by law. The Company values civic engagement and recognizes the importance of employee participation in the judicial process. This benefit helps ensure employees can perform their public service responsibilities while maintaining their employment and returning to work following the completion of their jury duty service. Workers’ Compensation

Paid Parental Leave
DTFOC is committed to supporting employees as they welcome a new child into their family. Paid Parental Leave provides eligible employees with paid time away from work to bond with and care for their child following birth, surrogacy, or placement. Military Leave
Military Leave provides employees with time away from work to fulfill eligible military service obligations. The Company recognizes the significant commitment military service requires and is dedicated to supporting employees who serve by providing job protections and benefits in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies. An employee who is a member of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Reserves or Public Health Service will be granted a leave of absence for military service, training, or related obligations. FMLA
The Family Medical Leave Act or FMLA provides an unpaid leave of absence and job protection to eligible employees who have a qualifying medical condition including work-related illnesses/injuries, to care for an immediate family member with a qualifying condition, to bond with newborn child, adoption/foster placement, or for certain military exigencies. FMLA may be taken in conjunction with short-term disability (STD) if eligible and approved. To be eligible for FMLA, an Employee must have been employed with the Company for 12 months. This does not need to be continuous. The Employee must have also worked at least 1,250 hours during the 12 months prior to the leave start date. In certain situations, applicable state leaves may also run concurrent to FMLA.
