You have 30 days from the date of death to remove your spouse or dependent and/or make changes to your DTFOC benefits. If your spouse or dependent was covered under a DTFOC voluntary life insurance, Accidental Death or Dismemberment, or supplemental insurance (critical illness, accident or hospital indemnity), please reach out the DTFOC benefits department for assistance.

- Login to Workday, update your beneficiaries for your life insurance.
- Explore the financial planning resources available through Fidelity and update your 401k beneficiaries.
- Utilize tele-health support through the Reliance Matrix All One Health Employee Assistance Plan. You and anyone in your household can receive up to five free visits with a counselor.
