Mail order requirement for maintenance drugs
If you take maintenance or long-term medications, you must get them through mail order. Otherwise, you’ll be charged an extra $20 per fill after your second fill at a retail pharmacy. Non-maintenance medications like antibiotics and pain medications aren’t subject to this charge.

What about specialty medications?
These are high-cost prescriptions that treat complex conditions and sometimes require special handling and administration.
You can get your first fill at a retail pharmacy, but you must get refills from the Worthington Industries Pharmacy or Lumicera, the Navitus Specialty Pharmacy.

Mail order pharmacy
Order up to a 90-day supply of prescription drugs that will be delivered to your home. The Worthington Industries Pharmacy provides mail order in most states where our facilities are located. In California, NoviXus provides mail order.
