What’s new for 2022

  • Our 2022 HealthWi$e Wellbeing Program will now offer both Pulse Cash and benefit premium reductions. Pulse Cash is earned on the Virgin Pulse platform by completing activities and can be redeemed for gift cards (Amazon, Target, etc.), charitable donations or in the Virgin Pulse online store for fitness items and attire.  Dent Wizard will hear more about the HealthWi$e Program in early 2022
  • Plan design changes to the PPO3 medical plan: lower deductibles and copays for doctor visits vs. coinsurance
  • The employer contribution to the Health Savings Account (HSA)  is increasing for all levels. When you elect the High Deductible plan the amounts will move from $300, $500 and $700 to $500 and $1,000
  • CVS HealthHUB: $0 cost share benefit for PPO plans
  • Aetna PrudentRx Copay Optimization Program: $0 copay for eligible specialty prescriptions if enrolled in one of the PPO plans; takes full advantage of coupon savings for the associate AND the medical plan
  • Aetna enhanced maternity program, diabetes program & Hinge program (digital exercise therapy for chronic back and joint pain)
  • ALEX, the online benefits education tool, will now provide information about our 401(k) plan and how to best plan for retirement
  • Voluntary Hospital Indemnity Plan: a supplemental insurance plan designed to pay for the costs of a hospital admission that may or may not be covered by your medical insurance; the plan covers associates who are admitted to a hospital or ICU for a covered sickness or injury
